Summary:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the administration, coordination, and operational support of learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between headquarters and field operations, ensuring training programs are scheduled, communicated, tracked, and delivered effectively. The Training Coordinator manages the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinates training logistics, maintains learning records, and fosters strong relationships with business leaders, trainers, and employees to support workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Administration & Support

  • Coordinate and schedule training programs for field and headquarters employees.
  • Manage training calendars, enrollment processes, and communications.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person training sessions, including logistics, materials, and meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain training records, attendance data, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Track training completion and provide reports to leaders and stakeholders

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the organization's LMS.
  • Create and manage courses, learning paths, user profiles, assignments, and reporting.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot learner access issues.
  • Maintain accurate training data and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Generate regular training metrics and participation reports

Relationship Management & Communication

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with field leaders, branch employees, and headquarters departments.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LMS administration, enrollment, reporting, and learner tracking
