About the role:

IAMGOLD is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Organizational Change Management (OCM) & Training Intern to support enterprise transformation initiatives, including Project NOVA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of change management, learning & development, communications, and operations in a dynamic, bilingual, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Intern will support the development and delivery of training materials, coordination of change activities, and execution of engagement initiatives. This role plays an important part in ensuring employees are informed, prepared, and equipped to adopt new systems and ways of working.


As a key contributor, you will assist in the creation of high-quality bilingual content, coordinate translation activities, and support training logistics and execution. You will also contribute to adoption and engagement activities by tracking participation, supporting communications, and reinforcing sustainment efforts across the organization. In addition, this role provides the opportunity to support broader change initiatives, including cyber awareness programs, through workshop facilitation, content development, and campaign support.
What You Need to Succeedย 

Key Skills & Knowledge:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field. Prior internship, co-op, or academic project experience in change management, training, communications, or project coordination is an asset. Bilingualism in French and English is required. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization and time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: CAD$18.89 - $31.22
