This position will also support other businesses under the Home Organizers Inc. group, and affiliated companies.
About the role
We're looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Talent Development & Learning Manager to own the full lifecycle of employee capability and learning at Brio. In your first 90 days, you'll be the training and communications lead for our Rippling HCM rollout, creating job aids, facilitating live sessions, and launching a company LMS platform. From there, you'll build scalable onboarding programs, implement performance management across our companies, and develop our management bench.
This role is 60% talent development, 25% project management, and 15% internal communications.
What you'll do
Talent Development
โ€ข Design and deliver training programs, job aids, e-learning, and LMS learning paths for employees and managers
โ€ข Build and launch new hire onboarding programs (pre-boarding through Day 90) across Brio, OVI, and affiliated companies, including 30-60-90 day plans
โ€ข Build and launch performance management programs
โ€ข Configure and manage three LMS platforms integrated with Rippling; launch and track mandatory compliance training
โ€ข Develop a phase 1 Management Development Curriculum and present a 12-month Roadmap to senior leadership
Project Management
โ€ข Serve as training and communications lead for the Rippling HCM rollout, managing all content, timelines, and go-live execution across the business
โ€ข Manage multiple programs with clear milestones, risk tracking, and executive-level reporting
โ€ข Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and company leaders to drive alignment and delivery
โ€ข Manage the company's Employee Engagement Survey program
Internal Communications
โ€ข Execute the complete Rippling rollout communication campaign (8+ assets): announcements, training invites, reminders, and post-launch surveys
โ€ข Develop an org-wide Internal Communications Strategy, including channel map, messaging framework, and annual calendar, for approval
Qualifications
โ€ข 7+ years in talent development, L&D, or instructional design, with a track record of building programs from scratch
โ€ข Strong instructional design skills: job aids, facilitator guides, e-learning, and multi-format content
โ€ข Experience managing LMS platforms and large-scale training projects (HCM implementation experience a plus)
โ€ข Proven project manager: organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning multiple workstreams at once
โ€ข Excellent written communication skills; able to craft executive announcements, employee FAQs, and manager toolkits
โ€ข Ability to prioritize effectively, operate efficiently with ambiguity and ever-changing deadlines
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
