LMS Administrator Specialist
About the role
As an LMS Administrator Specialist, you will make an impact by delivering engaging, scalable, and accessible digital learning solutions that support business objectives and learner success. You will be a valued member of the Learning & Development team and work collaboratively with instructional designers, training leaders, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to manage and optimize learning experiences.

In this role, you will:
  • Administer and maintain learning management systems (LMS), including course deployment, user support, configuration, and reporting.
  • Design, develop, and publish engaging digital learning solutions using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360.
  • Create multimedia learning content, including video-based training assets using Camtasia or similar tools.
  • Develop technical documentation, learning materials, storyboards, and training resources that support sales enablement and business initiatives.
  • Analyze learning effectiveness through reporting, analytics, and learner engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all learning content complies with accessibility standards, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, and industry best practices.

What you need to have to be considered
  • Hands-on experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course deployment, reporting, and learner management.
  • Proficiency with Articulate Rise 360 and/or Storyline 360 for eLearning development.
  • Experience producing and editing training videos using Camtasia or comparable multimedia tools.
  • Strong understanding of learning analytics, reporting methodologies, and training effectiveness measurement.
  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and related eLearning standards.
  • Experience developing sales enablement, technical, or corporate training programs.
  • Strong technical writing, storyboarding, and content development skills.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards, ADA compliance requirements, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles.
  • Experience using AI-powered content development tools to enhance learning creation and delivery.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent graphic design tools.

  • Experience designing enterprise-scale learning programs for global organizations.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Experience with additional authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learner experiences.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, technology adoption, or product enablement initiatives.
