Jackson Dental is expanding, and we’re looking for two Registered Dental Hygienists to join our growing team.

We are currently hiring:

  • 1 Hygienist in Sundance, Wyoming
  • 1 Hygienist in Belle Fourche, South Dakota

At Jackson Dental, we believe dentistry should improve more than just teeth. Our team focuses on whole body health, functional dentistry, and comprehensive patient care. We help patients understand the connection between oral health, sleep, airway, muscle function, pain, and overall wellness.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who is looking for more than a traditional hygiene position and wants to grow within a progressive, team-focused practice.

Compensation
  • $38–$44/hour for newer hygienists (< 4 years of experience)
  • $44–$48/hour for experienced hygienists
What Makes Jackson Dental Different?

Our hygienists are involved in more than routine preventative care. Team members have opportunities to expand their skills in:

  • Laser therapy
  • Functional dentistry
  • Myofunctional concepts
  • Comprehensive treatment coordination
  • Whole health patient education

We are also committed to growth and development within our team, including opportunities for:

  • Paid Myofunctional Therapy Certification
  • Growth into treatment coordinating and larger case management
  • Additional leadership and development opportunities over time
What We’re Looking For
  • Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Interest in whole health and functional dentistry
  • Someone looking for a long-term growth opportunity within a supportive team environment

This is not a typical hygiene position. We’re looking for hygienists who want to continue learning, growing, and making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to connect.
