The Opportunity

As part of our Enterprise Learning and Development team, you'll play a key role in shaping experiences that build capabilities, accelerate performance and support strategic business priorities. 

We're looking for a Specialist, Learning Programs to lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of enterprise learning initiatives that make a measurable difference. This is a highly autonomous role where you'll own a portfolio of learning programs, partner directly with business leaders, and create learning solutions that deliver real results. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Learning, you'll gain exposure to enterprise priorities and influence how capability is developed at scale.

What to Expect

As a Specialist, Learning Programs, you will:

  • Translate business priorities and capability needs into learning programs. 
  • Design, develop and deliver scalable learning solutions, communication plans, and reinforcement strategies that drive learner engagement, knowledge retention and business impact. 
  • Facilitate engaging virtual, in-person and blended learning experiences. 
  • Partner with business leaders, HR partners, subject matter experts, and external learning providers to deliver meaningful development opportunities that are aligned to business outcomes. 
  • Measure program effectiveness by analyzing learner feedback, performance metrics, and industry trends to continuously enhance learning experiences. 
  • Ensure learning content is engaging, accessible, inclusive, and aligned with enterprise standards. 
  • Travel: Occasional travel (approximately 10%) may be required to support learning delivery and enterprise learning initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect learning solutions to business goals and drive initiatives that strengthen organizational capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Proven ability to partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate program value, influence sponsorship and adoption, and manage competing priorities.
  • Adult Learning Expertise: Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation approaches.
  • Learning Program Design & Delivery: Experience designing, developing and implementing learning programs in a corporate environment.
  • Facilitation: Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma. Certifications in learning, talent development, instructional design, project management, change management, or related disciplines are considered an asset.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally as required.

Salary Range: $73,500-$123,500

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
