JOB DESCRIPTION
The Corporate Training and Development Manager will be working with company leadership to identify critical training and development gaps and to create and implement training programs to address these needs. The Corporate Training and Development Manager will have overall responsibility for various initiatives focused on developing Aeroflow's internal talent and fostering a company culture that emphasizes professional development, career advancement, and individual excellence. This role will begin as an individual contributor but responsibility will grow as company and training needs grow. This is a unique opportunity to build out an entire corporate training function rapidly growing organization and could include management of training specialists, corporate trainers, or instructional designers as company and training team continues to grow. Areas of training focus will include:
  • Leadership Development - oversee Aeroflow's Fast Track Leadership Development Program in partnership with HR Director and Executive Team. Bring best practices and continuous improvement to program with each successive cohort.
  • Facilitate and coordinate Aeroflow Management Academy; ongoing manager training sessions for company supervisors.
  • Career Development - facilitate ongoing career pathing and leadership development conversations and trainings with high potential employees.
  • Onboarding and Orientation - create an engaging and impactful onboarding and orientation program.
  • Core Competencies and Fundamental Skills Training - work with department managers across the organization to develop training programs that address the unique needs of each team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Evaluate current training programs for effectiveness and identify training gaps
  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and learner performance in the workplace
  • Integrate results and feedback from trainings into new and existing course curriculum
  • Track data, report on metrics, and provide feedback and recommendations to leadership team
  • Conduct needs analysis on a regular basis to identify skill gaps and prioritize training programs to mitigate these gaps.
  • Develop communication plans to drive awareness and participation of programs and offerings
  • Work with third parties as necessary to deliver training needs that cannot be delivered in-house.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
  • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
  • Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years' experience creating and managing training programs in a corporate setting, including involvement with developing company-wide training strategy.
  • Experience with training needs assessment and analysis in a complex corporate environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage projects and priorities across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management ability.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices for developing a variety of corporate training programs and understanding of adult learning concepts.
  • Experience with instructional design, managing instructional design projects, and/or Learning Management Systems strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with and get buy-in from employees at all levels of the organization including C-level executives
  • Ability to think critically, analyze and solve problems, and successfully implement solutions
  • Must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to change course quickly as priorities and company needs evolve.
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (needs assessment, planning, development, coordination, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation)
  • Experience with G-Suite and Microsoft applications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
