Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Project Management Assistant: Support environmental projects at the direction of Project Managers. Billable tasks include scheduling, report preparation and invoicing. Assist with processing of outgoing documents including proposal setup/QC, report formatting/QC. This role has a 50% utilization target.
  • PM administration support: Provide admin support to PMs so they can maximize their utilization.
  • BD support: Provide support to ENV East on various tasks particularly data management (Zoho CRM, BST project start reporting, BST client reports, and the Recurring Task Order program) and ENV East proposal support (resumes, project profiles).

You'll thrive here if you have
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data management for support of ERP (BST & Vantagepoint) and CRM (Zoho & Vantagepoint)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) a plus.
  • Persuasive writing skills
