About the role
The Manager, Corporate Development is focused on identifying, evaluating and executing acquisition opportunities while supporting senior leadership with strategy development, market intelligence and analytics.
This role owns core transaction workstreams including target evaluation, financial modeling, valuation, diligence coordination, investment materials and deal execution support. The position also supports corporate strategy by developing market insights, competitive analysis, business cases and strategic recommendations that help guide growth priorities and capital allocation decisions.
What we need from you
  • M&A Pipeline Development & Target Evaluation
  • Identify, screen and prioritize acquisition targets aligned with company growth objectives and investment criteria.
  • Conduct industry, market, customer, competitor and geographic research to assess strategic fit and value creation potential.
  • Develop initial target profiles, strategic rationales, valuation ranges and risk /opportunity assessments.
  • Maintain deal pipeline materials, target tracking tools and leadership updates to support prioritization and decision making.
  • Transaction Execution & Due Diligence

Support end-to-end transaction execution from initial evaluation through letter of intent, diligence, negotiation support and closing.
Coordinate cross-functional diligence workstreams with Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, IT and outside advisors.
Synthesize diligence findings, identify key risks and opportunities and escalate issues with recommended next steps.
Support preparation of transaction timelines, diligence request lists, process trackers and management updates.
  • Financial Modeling, Valuation & Investment Materials
  • Build and maintain operating models, valuation analyses, synergy cases, sensitivity scenarios and returns analyses for potential transactions.
  • Prepare investment memos, business cases, leadership presentations, Board materials and negotiation support documents.
  • Translate operational, commercial and financial findings into clear recommendations on valuation, structure, risks and approval considerations.

Partner with Finance and functional leaders to validate assumptions, quantify value drivers and support capital allocation decisions.
Corporate Strategy Support & Market Intelligence Support annual and long-term strategy work through market sizing, competitive benchmarking, white space analysis and scenario modeling. Evaluate strategic growth themes, adjacency opportunities, partnership concepts and organic initiatives that complement the M&A agenda. Develop executive-ready insights and recommendations to inform growth priorities, geographic expansion, service line strategy and investment focus. Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, customer needs and competitor activity relevant to acquisition strategy and corporate growth.
