  • Build relationships with architects, contractors, facility leaders, end users, and other decision-makers.
  • Own the sales process from prospecting through close.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and identify opportunities for future growth.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams on growth initiatives.
  • Represent SHIELD at client meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
  • Learn our products, capabilities, and customers to become a trusted resource.

Experience
  • 3-10 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • A track record of developing new business and growing customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience selling into healthcare, commercial construction, manufacturing, or other project-based industries.
