    Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a creative and detail-oriented F&B Training Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that strengthen service excellence within Food & Beverage operations. This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders and subject matter experts to ensure team members at all levels have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to provide world-class dining experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research, design, and implement engaging training programs for Food & Beverage hourly and management staff across casual and full-service dining venues.
    • Partner with subject matter experts and F&B leadership to identify learning needs, define objectives, and translate complex operational procedures into accessible, effective training.
    • Develop training materials—including instructor guides, participant workbooks, online modules, and job aids—that meet brand standards and drive measurable results.
    • Coordinate and facilitate classroom sessions, on-the-job training, and blended learning approaches tailored to diverse audiences.
    • Maintain and update departmental handbooks, guides, and reference materials to reflect current policies, procedures, and service standards.
    • Utilize needs analysis and data to evaluate program effectiveness; provide recommendations to enhance learning outcomes and operational performance.
    • Collaborate with peers in Learning & Development to ensure consistency in training quality and alignment with company-wide initiatives.
    • Support F&B leadership with special projects, audits, and large-scale training rollouts.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • Experience in Food & Beverage training, hospitality operations, or Learning & Development.
    • Strong facilitation and instructional design skills with proven ability to deliver training that drives performance.
    • Familiarity with adult learning principles, training evaluation models, and blended learning techniques.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present confidently to groups of varying sizes.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be 21 years of age or older.
