Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Teacher to join our high-quality campus serving children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a personable demeanor, and a genuine passion for nurturing young learners. This full-time position offers a supportive environment with small student-to-teacher ratios, daily prep time, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote development in social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure each child’s needs are met.
  • Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and adherence to campus standards.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and milestones.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required.
Qualifications:

  • Possess a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or be willing to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transition from the floor to standing within 3 seconds.
  • Personable, caring, and committed to fostering a high-quality learning environment.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
