JOB TITLE: Landscaping Account Manager

LOCATION: Tampa, FL

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Exclusive is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Tampa branch as an Account Manager. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while managing daily service operations. This position requires a combination of team leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the landscaping industry.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by fostering proactive communication with all stakeholders.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by educating clients on horticultural best practices and correcting problems proactively.
  • Conduct landscape quality assessments and provide recommendations for property enhancements.
  • Assist clients in property improvements plans and annual budgets.

Operations Management:

  • Lead a team of 12-25 employees organized into 3-5 landscape maintenance crews.
  • Manage daily operations to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the company's enhancement, irrigation, agronomy, and arbor care divisions to ensure seamless execution of all services provided to the customers in your portfolio.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in customer account management within commercial landscaping or a related industry.
  • Operations management experience within the commercial landscape industry.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred.
  • Conversational Spanish language proficiency a plus. 
  • Appropriate industry certifications (NALP, irrigators license, applicators license, etc) a plus.
