• Manage the design, deployment, and delivery of projects (determined by budget, timeline, and stakeholder), providing IT solutions that meet business requirements
• Deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives.
• Direct project teams and maintain control of progress, quality, and budget to meet the desired business objectives
• Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, managing risks and issues.
• Setup and run all project related meetings and maintain the record of actions, decisions, issues, risks and act the primary point of contact for all project related escalations
• Provide transparent and accurate project reporting including overall performance of the project and project documentation completion
• Own project status, issues and risks through appropriate channels / tools and ensures that these are reported back to agreed project governance (e.g., Steering Committee) with focus on required actions, ownership, and risk management.
• Ensure a smooth transition to operations and the optimal planning and execution of all activities associated with a release.
• Manage diverse set of senior stakeholders in the organization by effectively displaying the excellence in soft skills
• Ensure effective use of resources and project management methods, tools and practices
• Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope
• Collaborate effectively with other teams in the organization, as well as suppliers providing services to the project
Life Sciences/pharma domain expertise + tech background involving Lab applications integration project leadership experience is expected and mandatory for all candidates.
