A Key Account Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining key accounts within the Prattville, AL sales area. This includes team management, customer communication, trial planning, and discovering of opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Manage account representatives, support engineers, & technicians
  • Manage safety initiatives, customer site technical sales & service personnel, treatment program performance monitoring/documentation, and overall customer meetings & communication of business expectations & results.
  • Maintain and build business/customer relationships.
  • Meet sales, gross profit, product mix/profitability while returning value and savings to the customer.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree 5+ years of industry experience (pulp and paper or water treatment preferred)
  • Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to work with autonomy and direct/coach indirect reports
  • Documented results using a consultive sales process
