  • Improve every day through candor, coaching, and problem-solving by using market feedback, sales activity, and partner input to refine your approach.
  • Win as one team by working closely with internal sales leaders, Field Sales Engineers, Business Development Managers, and channel partners.
  • Use product knowledge, market insight, and consultative selling to strengthen partner performance and territory results.
  • Build trust through consistent communication, professional presence, and responsive support for partner and customer needs.
  • Leverage the onboarding, training, and leadership coaching available to you to continue building your sales expertise.

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Marketing or equivalent Sales/PM experience.
  • Three to five years of successful outside sales and presentation experience.
