We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Family Office Coordinator based in the Franklin, TN office. The Family Office Coordinator will work on the Family Office team and will assist in a variety of Family Office functions, including administrative, operational, and financial activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain broad exposure to wealth management operations, accounting, tax, estate planning and investment management within a sophisticated family office environment. This Associate will report to the Investment Operations Manager.
General Responsibilities
• Provide administrative, operational, and project support across the Family Office and related business functions
• Assist with data entry, record maintenance, document management, and information validation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Support financial and operational processes, including invoice processing, account administration, and reporting activities
• Maintain organized filing systems while ensuring the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of sensitive information
• Monitor shared inboxes and communication channels, responding to inquiries or routing requests to appropriate team members
• Coordinate and facilitate communication among internal departments, external service providers, advisors, and vendors
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, personnel administration, and other business operations activities
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational processes and procedures
• Serve as a reliable resource for administrative and operational needs across multiple teams
• Manage competing priorities, follow through on assignments, and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization
• Assist with special projects, research requests, and ad hoc assignments as needed to support the evolving needs of the Family Office
Work Schedule + Benefits
• Full-time position, Hourly Non-Exempt
• Office Location: Franklin, TN
• Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• Travel: 15% of the year will be spent traveling nationwide, to include to the CA office

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Investment Management, Family Office, or Financial Service role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new software and technology platforms quickly
• Progress toward, or interest in, pursuing professional designations such as CFP
• Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and handle data with a high degree of precision
• Strong problem-solving skills and a "no task is too small" mindset, with the ability to support both routine administrative functions and special projects.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
