Job Summary

Sponsler Automotive is seeking an experienced and driven Inventory Sales Manager to join our leadership team in Ashland, Ohio. This role works directly with the General Manager and plays a critical part in driving sales performance, managing inventory strategy, and leading by example on the sales floor.

The Inventory Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing vehicle/product inventory, optimizing inventory turnover, and driving sales performance through strategic pricing, merchandising, and team collaboration. This role partners closely with sales, purchasing, and leadership to ensure the right inventory is available at the right time to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a strong record of sales success, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage inventory in a way that maximizes profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and analyze inventory levels to meet sales goals and market demand

· Develop pricing strategies to maximize gross profit and inventory turn
