What is a manager interpreter supervisor?

Manager Interpreter Supervisors are professionals responsible for overseeing teams of interpreters, ensuring high-quality language services, and coordinating interpretation assignments. They manage staffing, scheduling, and training, as well as monitor performance and address client or interpreter concerns. These supervisors often act as a liaison between interpreters, clients, and organizational leadership to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
