Purpose:

Wettermark Keith is seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize our Salesforce platform while serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team. 

This role is critical to ensuring the day-to-day success of firm operations by maintaining system health, driving enhancements, managing project requests/execution, and coordinating releases with Product Management. The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce administrative expertise with project management discipline and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. 

This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Birmingham, Alabama, office and will work a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the Birmingham office.  Candidates should be local to our Birmingham office. Compensation for the role includes a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, a discretionary bonus, and benefits. 

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration & Support 

  • Manage daily Salesforce operations, ensuring system reliability and performance  
  • Create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards for business stakeholders  
  • Troubleshoot bugs, user issues, and system errors; escalate when appropriate  
  • Administer users, profiles, permission sets, and permission set groups  
  • Monitor data quality and implement data governance best practices  

Project Management & Intake 

  • Serve as the primary intake point for new business requests and enhancements  
  • Gather, document, and refine business requirements into actionable solutions  
  • Prioritize backlog in alignment with firm leadership and operational needs  
  • Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, and cross-functional teams  
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools  

Workflow & Process Development 

  • Design and implement workflow enhancements using Flows and declarative tools  
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation  
  • Partner with business units to streamline processes and reduce manual work  

Documentation & Communication 

  • Document business processes, system configurations, and workflow logic  
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences  
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership  

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong understanding of:  
    • Salesforce data model and security model  
    • Reports & dashboards  
    • Flow Builder and automation tools  
  • Experience working with managed packages (e.g., Litify or similar legal tech platforms)  
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps strategies, including:  
    • Sandboxes and environment management  
    • CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps)  
  • Experience managing projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives  
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills  

 Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies  
  • Exposure to integrations (CTI, document management, or e-signature platforms)  
  • Experience supporting the following products: Litify, Eve Legal AI, SMS Magic, Case Status
