  • Provide regular policy reviews, retirement income check-ins, and follow-up guidance at key Medicare milestones.
  • Deepen relationships by identifying cross-sell opportunities aligned with clients' evolving financial goals.
  • Deliver high-quality service, addressing client questions, concerns, and plan changes in a consultative manner.

Product Expertise & Compliance

  • Maintain deep knowledge of fixed, indexed, and hybrid annuity products, retirement income planning, and Medicare-related financial considerations.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements, carrier guidelines, and ethical sales standards.
  • Complete required licensing, training, and continuing education in both annuities and Medicare.

Collaboration & Internal Partnership

  • Partner with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to support campaigns, events, and client communication initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance coaching to drive mutual success.

Qualifications

  • Experience selling annuities, retirement products, or related financial services required; Medicare sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in both new business and relationship roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative-selling skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients age 65+ and their families.
  • High integrity, customer-centric mindset, and commitment to compliant sales practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
