YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

  • Providing overall project management and project team coordination.
  • Developing business and networking. 
  • Managing and producing aspects of the project, including design, production, and quality control.
  • Leading assistance in the development and maintenance of project budgets and schedules.
  • nurture and establish strong relationships with all outside parties involved in a project as their primary project contact, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Preparing and completing thorough proposals
  • Mentoring and directing project team members
  • Enjoy working on a variety of project types
  • Being an ambassador of RRM.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • 10 years of practical experience in the management and design of projects
  • Experience in REVIT
  • Architectural licensure
  • Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and trends
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent architectural detailing skills

ABOVE & BEYOND:

  • Master's of Architecture or master's in business administration.
  • Architectural license in good standing
