The Travel Administrator supports the execution and optimization of a global corporate travel program, ensuring consistent policy application, financial control, and traveler experience across regions. This role partners with regional stakeholders, Accounting, HR, and external suppliers to drive compliance, training, reporting, and operational excellence-without direct booking responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the centralized online travel program across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).

  • Ensure consistent application of global travel policies while accommodating regional requirements, including HUB updates.

  • Partner with the Head of Global Travel and EMEA Travel Lead, HR, and Accounting to maintain alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and deliver global training programs for travel tools, policies, and processes (e.g., Concur, NEO, OBT platforms).

  • Tailor training content to regional audiences, accounting for language, culture, and local practices.

  • Create scalable resources (e.g., webinars, job aids, onboarding modules).

  • Track training completion, adoption metrics, and user engagement globally.

  • Administer and maintain global travel platforms, including Concur and NEO.

  • Support online system enhancements, updates, and global rollouts.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with vendors and internal IT for resolution.

  • Drive adoption and optimize user experience across booking and expense platforms.

  • Add arrangers to employees' travel profiles when requested.

  • Complete weekly and monthly reconciliation of corporate card transactions across regions, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

  • Investigate discrepancies, fraud risks, or out-of-policy spend and coordinate resolution.

  • Support integration between travel and expense for reporting consistency.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex travel online booking issues, working with TMC and regional teams.

  • Ensure consistent traveler support standards globally.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders on VIP traveler needs and service expectations.
