Job description

As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations during your assigned shift, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the team during your shift, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all food handling and preparation procedures are followed according to health and safety regulations
- Assist the General Manager in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
- Collaborate with other Shift Managers to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic organization. The Shift Supervisor/Shift Coordinator is responsible for restaurant operations during assigned shifts when management is not present.
Qualifications
