Manager In Training:

Looking for a role where you can grow fast and develop real-world skills? In this position, you'll work directly with customers-asking the right questions, overcoming objections, and guiding them through decisions, including financial conversations.

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions-including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

  • asking direct questions
  • handling hesitation or rejection
  • making outbound calls
  • staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
  • Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
  • Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver's License
  • Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
