Are you ready to grow your retail leadership career and develop the skills needed to become a future Store Manager?
As a Manager in Training, you'll participate in a structured leadership development program designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future Store Manager opportunities. Working alongside experienced leaders, you'll gain hands-on experience in store operations, team leadership, customer service, recruiting, merchandising, and business performance while helping drive the success of a Daily Deals location. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail, enjoy leading others, and are eager to grow their career within a fast-paced and expanding retail organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in the daily operations and overall success of the store.
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve operational, customer service, and sales goals.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts to build a strong store team.
  • Train, coach, and develop employees while reinforcing accountability and performance expectations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Execute merchandising, inventory, pricing, and promotional initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor planning based on business needs.
  • Ensure company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures are consistently followed.
  • Assume store leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable.
