Here’s how our pay works: Shift Managers & Assistant Managers earn $14.25 - $18.00/hr. + bonuses.

Shift Managers average $20k-$30K per year, GM’s average $60k - $70K per year.


Management’s expectations are: reliable, honest, lead by example, Lead others, available to work 40 – 50 hour per week


REQUIREMENTS
  • 1 - 3 years of management experience.
  • At least 18 years old
  • Must have active ServSafe Certificate.
  • Meet Image standards.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, which will include nights, weekends, as emergencies arise, and to open and/or close the store.
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving.
  • Flexible working hours; requires working weekends, days, and evenings.
  • Constant working with the public and employees in a high-volume environment.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
