  • Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
  • Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants
  • Ongoing team training
  • Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
  • Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
  • Maintaining a clean and organized salon
  • Cash handling, opening/closing business
  • Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Leadership/Management experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
  • Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
