West Shore Home's Sales Management Leadership Development Program is a highly selective, 12-month rotational experience designed for ambitious, high-performing professionals who aspire to lead sales teams, drive revenue growth, and build successful careers in leadership.
Throughout the program, you'll develop the skills needed to become a Sales Manager by progressing through a structured journey that begins with mastering our industry-leading in-home sales process before transitioning into leadership development, business strategy, and team management. Working alongside experienced sales leaders, you'll gain firsthand experience leading people, driving performance, and making decisions that directly impact branch success.

What You'll Experience
Throughout the program, you'll gain hands-on experience in every aspect of leading a high-performing sales organization, including:
Sales Excellence
Complete West Shore Home's award-winning sales training, conduct in-home sales appointments, develop expertise in customer buying behavior, and consistently achieve personal sales performance goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Sales Leadership
Transition from top-performing salesperson to future leader by learning how to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams. You'll shadow experienced Sales Managers before gradually taking ownership of team meetings, performance management, coaching, recruiting, and daily branch leadership responsibilities.
Business Operations
Develop a strong understanding of the business behind the sale by partnering with Marketing, Inside Sales, Operations, and Corporate teams. You'll learn how lead generation, forecasting, profitability, installation quality, and operational execution all contribute to branch success.
