We're launching our newest market in Columbia, South Carolina, offering a unique opportunity to lead expansion. This role gives you the chance to build a team, shape culture, and make a direct impact on a high-growth territory.
Position: Sales Manager
We're seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)
  • Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement
  • Perform ride-alongs (4-5 per week) and run 3+ personal leads weekly
  • Review and adjust schedules, complete cancel-save appointments
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals

Requirements
  • One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) - required
  • 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

  • W2, OTE $175,000-$300,000+ (draw, commission & bonuses paid weekly)
