Position Overview
We are growing our remote team and looking for personable, organized individuals who take pride in providing excellent client service. As a Client Services Consultant, you will help travelers organize upcoming vacations while serving as a reliable point of contact throughout their planning experience.
Rather than simply presenting travel options, you'll focus on understanding what matters to each client, researching appropriate solutions, coordinating selected services, and keeping important trip information organized. You may assist with resort stays, cruises, family vacations, couples getaways, group trips, special celebrations, and international travel.
Previous experience in the travel industry is not required. Training and continued guidance are provided for individuals who are ready to learn and develop new professional skills.
Your Role

  • Welcome new client inquiries and gather information about upcoming travel needs
  • Learn each traveler's priorities, preferred dates, interests, and budget
  • Research suitable accommodations, destinations, cruises, transportation, activities, and packages
  • Present relevant choices in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
  • Help clients organize selected vacation components and reservation details
  • Coordinate with approved suppliers when arranging travel services
  • Keep clients informed about important dates, confirmations, payments, and next steps
  • Respond to questions and provide timely assistance throughout the planning process
  • Handle client communication through phone, email, messaging, and virtual appointments
  • Review reservation information to identify missing or incorrect details
  • Organize client profiles, communications, confirmations, and trip information
  • Follow up when additional information or decisions are needed
  • Remain knowledgeable about supplier programs, travel products, destination information, and current offers
  • Provide consistent service designed to encourage client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals
What We're Looking For
We welcome applicants who bring:
  • A strong interest in helping and communicating with people
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • Careful attention to details and deadlines
  • Ability to manage several client requests efficiently
  • Confidence working independently from a remote location
  • Basic knowledge of computers, email, internet research, and digital applications
  • Willingness to learn unfamiliar systems and processes
  • Resourcefulness and a solution-focused approach
  • Dependability and a strong commitment to customer care
  • Backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, administrative support, communications, sales, tourism, or other client-facing fields can transfer well to this opportunity, but prior experience is not required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region.
Training & Skill Development
New team members have access to resources that support both initial learning and continued development, including:
  • New team member orientation
  • Client communication and service training
  • Travel research and reservation instruction
  • Supplier and destination education
  • Access to professional travel resources
  • Certification opportunities
  • Individual and team mentorship
  • Continued coaching and educational programs
Opportunity Benefits
  • Remote work flexibility
  • Full-time or part-time scheduling options
  • Ability to structure work around other commitments
  • Access to professional supplier and reservation resources
  • Travel-related discounts and industry benefits where applicable
  • Continued mentorship and professional education
  • Experience developing client service and relationship-management skills
  • Opportunities to learn travel research, reservations, and itinerary coordination
  • Potential growth into specialty travel or team leadership responsibilities
  • Support from a collaborative virtual community
