This role is designed for a strategic executor who can lead high-impact business initiatives from concept through implementation. You will partner closely with commercial, supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams to drive key priorities, establish clear governance, maintain executive-level communication, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset to complex business challenges, anticipate risks and opportunities, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans that drive measurable results. Preferred Qualifications Background in Commercial Operations, Consulting, Business Operations, Sales, Merchandising, Customer Experience, or a related field Experience supporting customer-focused or commercial growth initiatives in a B2B environment Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional business initiatives from planning through execution Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to perform basic analysis and develop impactful business presentations Experience leading teams, coaching associates, or managing direct reports preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field

Work Environment

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.

Education and Experience

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
