    POSITION SUMMARY: 

    Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects-clinical, administrative, and personnel-of one or more outpatient imaging sites. This includes oversight of daily operations, budget, staffing, workflow, equipment, and compliance. The role requires a highly organized, flexible, and self-directed individual who can lead with integrity and foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and service. The manager acts as the primary point of contact for site-related activities and ensures customer service excellence for patients. 

    • Lead all aspects of clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care  
    • Drive operational excellence by implementing policies, optimizing patient flow, and leading continuous quality improvement initiatives  
    • Build and manage high-performing teams through hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and cross-training to ensure full coverage and engagement  
    • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards while overseeing radiation safety and maintaining clinical quality protocols  
    • Analyze performance and financial data to improve outcomes, enhance patient satisfaction, and support strategic growth initiatives 

    DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

    • Extensive knowledge of radiology principles, imaging equipment, and safety standards, with strong proficiency in RIS, PACS, and related systems  
    • Solid understanding of healthcare operations, including insurance, billing, and coding practices  
    • Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams, analyzing data, overseeing finances, and resolving operational challenges  
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a strong focus on customer service and patient experience  
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of progressive radiology experience, including supervisory or leadership roles
