Regional Hub Operations Manager

Location: Salt Lake City, UT, USA. On‑site, Monday through Friday.

Job Summary

As a Regional Hub Operations Manager you will be part of our Tools & Outdoor NA Sales team, responsible for after‑sales product support and for managing the operational efficiency and profitability of the Regional Repair Hub.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional after‑sales product support to customers.
  • Lead and guide the repair facilities’ culture and organizational health, and manage business efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain the culture, productivity, responsiveness, and profitability of the Regional Repair Hub.
  • Implement and maintain processes for managing inventories, materials, facilities, equipment, and finances.
  • Achieve operational performance objectives through continuous improvement.
  • Meet sales, profitability, and inventory goals for the hub.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans using marketing programs and field resources.
  • Communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to management and marketing.
  • Manage travel and expense budgets and overall P&L budgets for the hub.
  • Promote PSD and Stanley Black & Decker programs to customers, distributors, and end users.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, end‑users, and sales forces to enhance business partnerships.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and achieve Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) goals.
  • Hire, train, and develop the local Product Service Team.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a sales or service field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; relevant industry/operations experience may substitute.
  • Strong skills in inventory control, merchandising, marketing, customer relations, employee relations, team building, and business development.
  • High integrity and accountability.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage hourly employees.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve results while maintaining day‑to‑day functions of the center.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Capability to meet and maintain daily, weekly, and quarterly productivity goals without sacrificing quality.
  • Highly motivated, thrives on challenges and exceeding expectations.
  • Willing to work additional hours as needed to meet customer demands.
