What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Account Manager with a passion for digital marketing, data, and technology to join our team in Boulder, Colorado! As a Client Advisor / Account Manager, you will be accountable for an assigned book of business, clients' strategy, road mapping, and ultimately, for our clients' success
What You Will Do:

Be the Client's Trusted Partner

  • Own client relationships and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Lead media, data, and technology initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, planning, and performance reviews (QBRs, business reviews).
  • Translate client goals into clear plans for internal teams.
  • Track client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

Drive Growth & Revenue

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by 20% YoY.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and craft tailored proposals.
  • Work with Sales and Partnerships to bring new ideas and tools to clients.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Direct internal teams to deliver on client objectives.
  • Use standard processes and tools to streamline execution.
  • Develop strategic briefs and ensure clear communication across teams.

Partner with Tech Vendors

  • Understand and advocate for our adtech and martech solutions.
  • Build joint account plans with technology partners.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years in digital marketing, with 3+ years in a client-facing role or leadership position on the client side
  • Experience managing large campaigns ($20M+), preferably in one of the following industries: Financial Services/insurance, Travel, Non-Profit/Charities
  • Hands-on knowledge of performance media (SEM, paid social, programmatic).
  • Strategic thinker with strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable leading conversations on media, data, tech, and analytics.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and results driven.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. In addition, you will be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus tied to individual and company-wide goals and objectives. This bonus structure is designed to reward exceptional performance and contributions toward Delve Deeper's overall success.
