Your profile:
  • We're looking for sharp, commercially minded individuals who love solving business challenges and translating data into strategic decisions. 
  • Has an undergraduate and/or graduate degree from an accredited university/college in bioengineering, engineering, economics, business or science field.  
  • Currently enrolled in a MBA program with a May-June 2027 graduation date. 
  • 3+ years of full-time work  experience in one of the following areas: Healthcare consulting experience performing pricing, sales, marketing, and strategy work for biopharmaceutical, medical device and technology, diagnostics, healthcare IT, healthcare B2B services, consumer health, or digital health clients; or Healthcare industry experience with functional experience in pricing, marketing, market access in one or more of the following industries: biopharmaceuticals, medical device and technology, diagnostics, healthcare IT, healthcare B2B services, consumer health, digital health clients. 
  • Professional experience in analyzing and solving complex problems, which includes defining actionable recommendations using well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills-comfortable working with pricing models, sales data, and financial metrics.  
  • Excellent problem-solving skills-able to structure complex challenges and develop actionable solutions. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills-able to distill insights and make compelling recommendations. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is a plus. 
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The pay range for this position is 1700,000-180,000/yr. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 13 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
