The role

At mobileLIVE, we help enterprises improve how they sell, serve, and save through digital products, customer experience design, data, AI, cloud, modernization, and automation.

We are hiring a Strategic Growth Consultant who blends consulting, product thinking, and solution shaping to help enterprise clients identify and define transformation opportunities.

This role is ideal for professionals from Product, Business Analysis, Service Design, or Technology Consulting backgrounds who want to move closer to executive clients, solution shaping, and strategic growth.

You will work directly with senior stakeholders to uncover business challenges, structure opportunities, and guide clients toward meaningful transformation initiatives.
You will

Client Discovery & Problem Framing
  • Engage with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, Data, and Digital
  • Lead structured discovery conversations to understand business challenges and goals
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clearly defined opportunity areas
  • Identify where digital, data, AI, cloud, and modernization can create impact
Solution Shaping & Value Definition
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineering teams to shape solutions
  • Define business outcomes, value hypotheses, and transformation pathways
  • Help structure roadmaps, MVPs, and modernization strategies
  • Connect business problems to practical, scalable solutions
Opportunity Development
  • Guide clients through assessment, discovery, and strategy engagements
  • Help define and refine transformation initiatives
  • Position mobileLIVE capabilities in a consultative, value-led way
Relationship & Advisory
  • Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders
  • Facilitate strategic conversations focused on outcomes and priorities
  • Act as a thought partner in shaping transformation decisions
Market & Offering Feedback
  • Share insights on client needs, market trends, and gaps in offerings
  • Contribute to shaping future consulting and solution offerings


Who you are

  • 6–10 years in Product, Business Analysis, Service Design, Consulting, or Solution roles
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
  • Exposure to digital transformation, product development, cloud, data, AI, or modernization initiatives
Skills & Strengths
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
  • Ability to frame and simplify complex business challenges
  • Strong understanding of modern technology ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
