Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Assisted Living team. As a /Medication Manager/Universal Worker you will assist with personal care needs, assist with daily living, and medication support to tenants in the assisted living community. Responsibilities include: assist AL tenants with grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and mobility - as delegated by licensed nursing staff and within state regulations. Universal Workers observe and report changes in tenants' physical or emotional conditions. They promote tenants' independence, dignity, and safety. Education and skills testing will be provided to obtain a Medication Management Certificate if needed.

Duties:

  • Provide personal care and support to tenants to foster safety, comfort, and independence.
  • Administer medications to residents following prescribed dosages and schedules
  • Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations, safeguarding the confidentiality of tenant information

Requirements:
