Position Overview STI-TEC/Sentir Research Labs is seeking a talented Multimedia/E-Learning Specialist to join our creative team supporting government training and educational content development with opportunity to work on mission-focused training products for AFRL and USAFSAM, use modern creative tools (including AI-assisted workflows), and build engaging content that supports national defense. This role blends strong instructional design sensibilities with high-level graphic design and motion graphics production to create engaging, effective e-learning experiences for federal clients including AFRL and USAFSAM. The ideal candidate is a versatile creative professional who can take a learning objective from concept to polished, interactive final product combining clean visual design, animation, and instructional best practices into cohesive training modules.
