You'll:

• Build and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified residential construction leads.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Own advertising performance, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
• Strengthen one of the fastest-growing residential construction brands in Tampa Bay.
• Partner directly with company leadership to influence business growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies.
• Own CASK's marketing calendar and campaign execution.
• Generate qualified residential construction leads through digital and community marketing.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and CRM campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Present monthly marketing results and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Content Director and Marketing Assistant.
• Strengthen CASK's brand across every client touchpoint.
• Build relationships within the St. Petersburg community through events and partnerships.
• Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.
• Continuously improve systems, workflows, and marketing processes.

How Your Success Will Be Measured

You'll be measured against clear, achievable KPIs aligned to our growth goals. These KPIs remain consistent while quarterly targets may adjust as the company continues to grow.

Lead Generation

• Generate "X" qualified residential leads per month
• Achieve "X"% lead-to-qualified opportunity conversion
• Schedule "X" qualified discovery meetings each month

Marketing Performance

• Maintain target cost per qualified lead
• Improve proposal-to-contract conversion rates
• Increase website traffic and organic search visibility
• Improve campaign ROI across all advertising channels

Brand Growth

• Increase customer engagement across digital platforms
• Grow Google Reviews and online reputation
• Publish consistent, high-quality content across website, email, and social media
• Strengthen CASK's visibility throughout the Tampa Bay community

Leadership

• Successfully develop and coach the marketing team
• Improve project completion and campaign execution
• Maintain accurate reporting and scorecards for leadership
