IRONSCALES is a leading provider of self-learning, AI-driven email security solutions that continuously detect and remediate advanced threats for global organizations of any size. Our solution is fast to deploy, easy to operate, and provides unparalleled protection against email threats. Our MSP division is a critical component of our growth strategy, enabling managed service providers worldwide to protect their clients and drive their own success.
Who We Are:
We are IRONSCALES. We care about people. We care about cybersecurity. We care about our customers and partners. Our team acts with intentionality, and our actions are always in the best interest of our teams, our customers, and our company. Our culture is focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and the drive to push boundaries and take everything to the next level. We are a rapidly growing team and welcome all who love a fast-paced, rewarding challenge to join us today!
Role Overview:
The MSP Global Distribution Manager will own and drive MSP pipeline generation through IRONSCALES' network of 25+ named distributors, marketplaces, and integration partners worldwide. This role is a top-of-funnel growth engine for the MSP Business Unit: responsible for activating distributor sales teams, marketplace listings, and integration ecosystems to generate net-new MSP logo opportunities at scale. The ideal candidate is a distribution expert with deep MSP channel experience, a proven presenter to large audiences, and a builder who thrives operating cross-functionally with the Channel Development Manager (CDM) new business team to convert pipeline into closed-won partners. This is a high-travel, high-visibility role requiring executive presence in front of distributor sales organizations and their MSP customer bases globally.
Core Responsibilities:
• Own and grow MSP pipeline generation across 25+ named global distributors, marketplaces, and integration partners, serving as the primary IRONSCALES point of contact for distribution-level GTM execution.
• Drive net-new MSP logo acquisition by activating distributor and marketplace sales teams, ensuring IRONSCALES is consistently positioned, pitched, and prioritized within their portfolios.
• Deliver high-impact presentations - in person and virtually - to large groups of distributor sales reps and their MSP customers, driving awareness, urgency, and top-of-funnel pipeline at scale.
• Build and execute distributor enablement programs (training, certifications, co-sell playbooks) that arm disti sales teams to sell IRONSCALES confidently and independently.
• Partner cross-functionally with the CDM (new business) team to hand off qualified, distribution-sourced pipeline and ensure a seamless path from lead generation to closed-won.
• Manage and expand marketplace presence (e.g., Pax8, Sherweb, and similar platforms), optimizing listings, promotions, and co-marketing to maximize discoverability and conversion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributor and marketplace executive stakeholders, ensuring IRONSCALES remains a top-tier, strategically prioritized vendor.
• Design and run co-branded campaigns and MDF-funded initiatives with distribution partners to drive qualified top-of-funnel volume.
• Monitor distributor and marketplace performance metrics - pipeline sourced, conversion rates, rep engagement - and proactively recommend program optimizations.
• Serve as the voice of distribution back into IRONSCALES leadership, surfacing market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and partner feedback to sharpen the MSP Business Unit's go-to-market.
Requirements
What We Need from You:
• 5+ years' experience in MSP distribution, channel sales, or partner ecosystem roles with a cybersecurity vendor, distributor, marketplace, or similar organization.
• Extensive, hands-on knowledge of the distribution model - how distributors, marketplaces, and integration partners operate, monetize, and drive MSP demand.
• Demonstrated track record of net-new logo acquisition and top-of-funnel pipeline generation at scale through indirect channels.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with proven ability to command large audiences of distributor reps and MSP customers, both in person and virtually.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator, with experience aligning closely with new-business sales teams (e.g., CDMs) to convert sourced pipeline into revenue.
• High-energy, self-directed operator comfortable owning a global book of 25+ named partners with minimal oversight.
• Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting discipline across a large, distributed partner network.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% globally to support distributor events, training sessions, and marketplace activations.
We believe in our people; therefore, we provide a robust compensation & benefits package. This includes competitive salaries, 401(k) with Match, PTO program, HSA & PPO Options for Health Insurance, Employer-provided Life Insurance, Wellness benefits, and more!
