Omnicom Media is a leading global media network, bringing together 40,000+ specialists across 70+ markets to help some of the world’s most ambitious brands grow. We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and own full-cycle hiring across our fast-paced media and advertising business. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders, build strong talent pipelines, and help us find and engage the best talent in a highly competitive market. This is a three-month freelance opportunity, with the opportunity to continue beyond the initial engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the full life cycle recruitment process for assigned level hires, both internally and externally
  • Begin to strategically partner with business to identify staffing needs and work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand business objective and devise multi-faceted, innovative and custom recruitment strategies
  • Ensure all staffing requests are properly approved, funded, posted and closed
  • Ensuring accuracy, relevance and FSLA compliance for all job descriptions
  • Drive Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion recruiting initiatives to expand our diverse talent pipeline and further diversify our employee population including delivering diverse candidate slates, partnering with our DEI Talent Acquisition Team and DEI Client Partners
  • Effectively support and contribute to processes around larger initiatives, strategic projects and programs
  • Leverage data to drive hiring strategy with the business
  • Maintain ATS data accurately and in real time to ensure proper reporting and compliance.
  • Advise Hiring Managers to ensure appropriate delivery of the recruitment process (feedback, interview training, job specs, etc.)
  • This role will be 40 hours per week with an expected duration of three months


Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • The ideal candidate will bring experience recruiting in media agency, a strong knowledge of media agency competitors and the media/advertising/digital marketing space
  • Experience working at staffing agencies and used to heavy volume projects
  • Curious and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, expert in engaging highly-qualified potential candidates, inactive as well as active
  • Best practice recruitment expertise with solid knowledge of the latest talent acquisition tools, legal regulations, and market trends
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task and produce high volume pipelines under tight deadlines
  • Ability to create and provide a "best in class" candidate experience
  • Proven sourcing expertise including knowledge and experience with recruitment/sales tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/TRMs, applicant tracking systems, social media networking
