Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel job in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Opportunity:

Nuclear Medicine Tech - Nuclear Medicine Tech

Job Details:

• Work with inpatient, outpatient, and ED patients across multiple specialties including cardiac, GI, pulmonary, oncology, PET scans, and DAT scans
• Staffing model of 2-3 techs per day with a daily patient volume of 7-18 patients between cardiac and general work
• PET staffing model is 1 tech per day supporting 5 patient slots per day with an independent workflow
• For the second half of the contract, will rotate with staff for PET scans at the Cancer Center located 1 mile away
• On-call schedule includes 1 call shift per weekday, end of shift until 6:00 AM the following morning
• Weekend on-call rotation every 4th weekend, end of shift Friday until Monday at 6:00 AM
• Holiday expectations include taking call for 1 holiday per contract
• 12-hour orientation provided to learn department flow
• All time-off requests must be approved by the manager
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, NMTCB
• Must have basic nuclear medicine principles and practices knowledge
• Experience with IV starts required
• Experience with GE equipment (any models) and SPECT CT required
• Preferred systems: EPIC, GE 850, McKesson PACS, and Nuc Trak
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Scrub color: Any
• Free parking available

This facility is a Level IV Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center with 74-80 beds, offering comprehensive care across multiple specialties. The nuclear medicine department is supported by a department supervisor and other nuclear medicine techs, ensuring a collaborative and well-structured work environment. The facility provides a wide range of imaging services and maintains modern equipment to support diverse patient care needs.
