The Software Developer will design, build, and maintain robust web applications using React, PHP, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Azure SQL. This position will work alongside other talented team members and cross-functional teams to shape the future of technology within the organization.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Build intuitive and performant user interfaces using React, TypeScript or similar.

  • Develop and maintain backend services using PHP, working with modern frameworks.

  • Manage and integrate data across MongoDB and Azure SQL environments.

  • Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning.

  • Collaborate with team members across design, QA, product, and DevOps to ensure delivery goals are met.

  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation by exploring new tools, frameworks, and ideas.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or U.S. bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in computer science, engineering, or a related field followed by at least five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience)

  • Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript or another modern frontend stack.

  • Experience with PHP, ideally with Laravel or similar frameworks.

  • Familiarity with MongoDB and Azure SQL for data management.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and modern web architecture.

  • Comfortable working in agile teams with a focus on iterative delivery.

  • Version control and feature branching experience via Git.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
  • Understanding of agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Working Conditions
