TELUS Partner Solutions is seeking a strategic, experienced, and commercially driven Senior Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our Wireless Resale portfolio, which is a white-labelled solution reselling wireless consumer mobile plans in a wholesale market.

As the expert in your product domain, you will oversee product growth across diverse international markets, including APAC, EMEA, and Latin America, and the domestic market. This role demands a high degree of independence, blending P&L accountability with deep partner management. You will work directly with existing external partners and in complex relationship networks to define market promotions, evaluate new opportunities, such as MVNX (Mobile Virtual Network 'x'), MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator)-lite and Travel eSIM programs, and deliver competitive offerings for our partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy & Partner Management: Shape how wholesale partners compete and grow-by designing pricing, promotions, and programs that unlock new market segments . Work directly with external partners to manage forecasts, gross activations, and deactivations, while continually evaluating new partnerships and opportunities

  • P&L and Financial Ownership: Take complete accountability for the portfolio's financial performance. Manage revenue, COGS, margins, unit KPIs, and lead financial forecasting on a weekly, monthly, annual, and 3-year planning cycles

  • Driving Market Growth: Lead expansion strategies into new segments and international regions such as APAC, EMEA, and Latin America. Design tailored programs for high-growth international segments, such as newcomer, international student markets and temporary workers, and domestic ISPs and distributors

  • Go-To-Market & Mobile Plan Campaigns: Collaborate closely with our partner networks to define high-impact market promotions, scale channel enablement strategies, and support dedicated mobile wireless plans and pricing

  • Operational & KPI Oversight: Monitor and optimize product health via key performance indicators. Lead critical RGU forecasting conversations and align performance data across cross-functional teams

  • Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the primary interface across technical product management, sales, marketing, finance, and senior executive leadership to articulate complex product concepts and secure strategic alignment

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience:5+ years of experience in product management, financial analysis, partner management, or business strategy-preferably within telecommunications, SaaS, B2B, or related technology environments

  • Education: University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial evaluation capabilities with proven experience managing a full product P&L, complex financial models, and strategic forecasting cycles

  • Autonomy & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage a complex product line showing high confidence, curiosity, and a self-starter mindset

  • Market Expertise: Familiarity with the wholesale wireless resale or consumer wireless space, including plan & pricing structures, dealer network enablement, and targeted demographic marketing (e.g., newcomers, students and temporary workers) as well domestic ISP and distributor support

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting business cases and strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and external partners

  • Agility: Comfort operating in ambiguity and willingness to learn new markets, product offerings, and partner ecosystems quickly. You thrive when asked to build something new rather than optimize what exists

  Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with newcomer, student or traveler segments in a mobile wireless setting

  • Prior experience in a wholesale setting

  • Experience managing international products or regional expansions in APAC, EMEA, and Latin America

  • Experience exploring or executing MVNX models (e.g., fintech/banking partnerships) or Travel eSIM services

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field

  • Experience with leveraging AI and machine learning for financial forecasting
