Quality Control Manager

Bgesh is looking for a Quality Control Manager to oversee all aspects of quality control for our construction projects. The Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring all project work meets contractual, regulatory, and performance standards for government contracts. This role oversees quality systems, inspections, and compliance activities while supporting continuous improvement across project sites.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a clear background and can obtain a security clearance to work on a military installation or government facility on a construction project in the federal domain.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality control management
  • Strong knowledge of construction QCM principles and practices
  • Valid OSHA certification (OSHA 30 preferred)
  • Experience in quality control for construction or government projects
  • Knowledge of federal contract quality standards and inspection procedures
  • Ability to work independently and manage quality programs
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Experience developing and managing Quality Control Plans
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in quality tracking and reporting systems

Duties:

  • Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCP)
  • Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with contract requirements
  • Monitor workmanship, materials, and processes
  • Review submittals, documentation, and deliverables
  • Coordinate corrective actions for non-compliant work
  • Maintain quality records and reporting systems
  • Interface with government quality representatives
  • Support project startup, execution, and closeout activities
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement
