Position Summary:
Are you a natural entertainer with a passion for college football and a flair for making unforgettable memories? The Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team as Playmakers! In this highly interactive role, you'll be at the heart of the action-bringing exhibits to life, hyping up the crowd, and delivering unforgettable moments that guests will remember long after their visit.
If you love engaging with people, inspiring smiles, and delivering high-impact, high-energy experiences-this is your moment to shine.

  • Amplify the Experience: Narrate exhibits, share trivia, and deliver fun facts that surprise and delight.
  • Be a Game Day Host: Guide groups through featured moments and live activations, helping create a personalized and dynamic journey.
  • Support Special Events: Elevate private events with engaging mini-games, activations, and interactive tours.
  • Mascot Support (Optional): Want to take it up a notch? Suit up as Fumbles, our beloved mascot, and bring the Hall's spirit to life! ($20/hr while in costume)

  • A people magnet-you know how to connect, inspire, and uplift people of all ages.
  • A team player-you collaborate, adapt, and pitch in wherever needed.
  • A college football fan (or willing to play one!)-you can channel the excitement and community of the game.
  • Reliable and ready to roll-you're punctual, prepared, and bring consistent energy to every shift.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Previous experience in guest service, live performance, entertainment, or hospitality is preferred-but personality is key.
  • Must be comfortable being active, standing for long periods, and engaging guests one-on-one or in large groups.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks like throwing a football, leading games, or dancing with kids.

Why Join the Hall?
  • Get paid to hype up fans and celebrate college football!
  • Be part of a team that values fun, enthusiasm, and unforgettable guest moments.
  • Enjoy flexible scheduling and the chance to be at the center of Atlanta's downtown energy.
  • Make someone's day-every single day.
