Job description

Flight Coordinator | Private Jet Charter | Chesterfield, MO

Our client, a privately owned jet charter company, is hiring a Flight Coordinator to join their small, tight-knit team — where no two days look the same. One moment you're coordinating a guaranteed flight for a charter share member, the next you're booking a spontaneous girls' trip to Vegas.

️ THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Flight Coordinator to support their charter operations. This is a hands-on admin/customer support role — every coordinator is cross-trained, so you'll gain exposure to both client services and charter sales. Some coordinators focus on answering calls and emails and managing client relationships, while others focus on sourcing charter sales, including matching client trip requests with empty-leg opportunities through flight-services platforms. You'll learn it all.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Answer phones and respond to client emails promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate charter flights for both charter share members and general public clients
  • Monitor flight-services platforms for empty-leg matches
  • Support the charter sales process
  • Deliver responsive, detail-oriented service on every booking
  • Cross-train across coordinator functions as needed

️ TOOLS USED
Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Skidero flight software (no prior Skidero exp needed)

✅ WHAT YOU NEED
1+ years of experience in private charter aviation as a Flight Coordinator.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $50,000–$60,000 base salary
  • Monthly commission ($600–$1,000/month, averaging ~$9K/year)
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision
  • Cell phone stipend
  • 401(k) with 5% match
  • PTO + paid holidays

SCHEDULE
Full-time, four 10-hour shifts/week (Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat)

WHY JOIN
Our client operates as a small, close-knit team that values attention to detail and quick responsiveness above all else. High performers have real opportunity to grow into a management role over time.
