Talon Hiring Solutions has a client in the Hoover, AL that is looking for a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) to join a fast-paced, independent wealth management and financial planning firm. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive financial planning services to high-net-worth individuals and families, helping clients define and achieve their long-term financial goals.

What you will do:

  • Conduct detailed client interviews to assess full financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial plans
  • Create tailored strategies for wealth accumulation, income planning, tax optimization, and risk management
  • Utilize financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) to build and maintain accurate plans
  • Prepare and present client-ready reports, recommendations, and financial narratives
  • Maintain accurate client data and engagement through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality client service and plan execution

What you will bring:

  • CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) designation required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Experience in tax strategy
