Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is looking for candidates to join our Sales Team in our Residential Division! This position is territory based with appointments assigned in various territories throughout Maryland.

As a Residential Sales Associate you will be part of an elite team. Trained and supported with management and fellow associates creating an environment for success. Meeting one on one with our customers offering a variety of services from fencing to full season sunrooms. All our opportunities are screened by our call center, preparing you with the information necessary to provide samples and brochures offering a personal, no pressure evaluation for every customer. Customizing each project specifically to our customers needs. Bring your experience and enthusiasm becoming part of the Long Fence team racing into the next 80 years of success.

This position is full-time, exempt. Hours will be based on appointments scheduled Monday-Saturday.

Compensation includes base plus commission. You will earn a commission based on each sale.

The minimum compensation for this position is $59,000.00 annually.

The maximum compensation for this position is $170,000.00 annually.
