Position Summary...The Manager, Audit leads and oversees audit activities by developing strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role directs audit planning, execution, and reporting while identifying control deficiencies and improvement opportunities. The manager fosters team development through coaching and mentoring, promotes adherence to ethical standards, and drives continuous process enhancements by leveraging automation and data analytics. Collaborating cross-functionally, the position supports compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, delivering insightful findings and recommendations that uphold integrity and contribute to organizational excellence.
About the team:
The Transformation & Enablement (T&E) team leads the advancement of Internal Audit by integrating methodology, technology, governance, and expertise. This team ensures audit planning and execution are data-driven and aligned with complex business needs. Focused on delivering effective assurance, T&E supports continuous improvement and operational excellence enterprise-wide. By fostering collaboration and utilizing advanced tools, the team upholds high standards of accountability, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance. T&E empowers Internal Audit to efficiently achieve strategic objectives with integrity, driving modernization and enhanced audit effectiveness across the organization.What you'll do...
  • Coordinate and oversee audit methodology by developing relationships with key stakeholders and supporting business objectives.
